Looking for something fun to do which allows you to spend time together as a family, whilst improving everyone's fitness?

We have just the thing!

We will soon be starting FAMILY CLASSES for up to 2 adults and 3 children.  These will be held at  Twydall Community Centre, Beechings Way, Twydall.
